What Is Urinary Incontinence?

Urinary incontinence refers to the involuntary leakage of urine, whether that’s a few drops during a laugh or sudden urgency that’s hard to manage. It can occur at any stage of life but is especially common after childbirth, during perimenopause or menopause, or as the pelvic floor weakens over time.

There are a few main types of incontinence. Stress incontinence, where pressure (like coughing, sneezing, or exercise) causes leakage. Urge incontinence, involving a sudden, intense need to urinate. Mixed incontinence, which includes symptoms of both.

While common, it’s not something you just have to “deal with.” There are safe, effective, and empowering ways to treat it, without surgery or downtime.

How We Treat Urinary Incontinence

We take a personalized, whole-person approach to incontinence care. Our treatments use leading-edge technology to rebuild and restore pelvic floor support, increase collagen production, and improve tissue function, all with your comfort in mind.

Treatment Options Include:

FormaV

Gently uses radiofrequency energy to improve vaginal tissue tone and elasticity, which can help reduce stress and urge incontinence.

VTone

Delivers intravaginal electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and restore neuromuscular control for better bladder function.

Morpheus8V

Combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy to promote deep tissue remodeling and collagen production, improving both structural support and urinary control.

O-Shot®

The O-Shot® uses your body’s own platelet-rich plasma to naturally enhance sensitivity, improve sexual function, and support pelvic health.

These treatments are non-invasive, safe, and performed in-office with no required downtime. You can return to your daily routine feeling more confident and supported.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, it’s common, but it’s also very treatable. Childbirth can stretch and weaken the pelvic floor, and we offer safe, non-surgical treatments to help restore support and function.

While Kegels rely on you activating the right muscles consistently, VTone stimulates those muscles directly with precise electrical impulses, making it more targeted and often more effective.

Most patients describe the treatments as comfortable or mildly warm. There is no cutting, no anesthesia, and no recovery time needed.

It varies by treatment and your body’s response, but most patients see results after a series of 3 to 6 sessions. We’ll create a custom plan based on your goals and progress.

Results can be long-lasting with proper maintenance. We’ll also guide you on at-home practices to support ongoing pelvic health.

Not at all. We see women of all ages dealing with incontinence, from postpartum moms to women in perimenopause and beyond. If it’s affecting your daily life, we’re here to help.
