Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a treatment that helps replenish hormones that naturally decline during perimenopause and menopause. HRT may help improve symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, mood changes, vaginal dryness, and low libido. 

Many women experiencing bothersome perimenopause and menopausal symptoms may be candidates for HRT. During your consultation, Dr. Lee-Agawa will review your medical history, symptoms, examination findings, and lab results to determine if HRT is appropriate for you. 

Yes. Laboratory testing is an important part of our evaluation process and helps us better understand your hormone health before making treatment recommendations. 

Every woman responds differently. Some patients notice improvements within a few weeks, while others may experience gradual improvements over several months as hormone levels are optimized. 

No. Treatment recommendations are personalized based on your symptoms, health history, and goals. While HRT can be an effective option for many women, your provider will discuss all appropriate treatment options during your consultation.

As a physician-led practice founded by board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Melissa Lee-Agawa, Grace & Glow MD offers specialized expertise in women’s health, hormone balance, and menopause management. Our personalized approach ensures your care plan is tailored specifically to your needs and goals. 

Grace & Glow MD operates as an out-of-network, concierge-style practice and does not directly bill insurance. This allows us to provide highly personalized, physician-led care without the restrictions of insurance-based models. Some patients may be able to use their out-of-network benefits or submit a superbill to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on their individual plan.

Our hormone health services are structured to provide comprehensive, ongoing support: 

• Initial HRT Consultation: $425 
  Includes a full consultation with Dr. Lee-Agawa, in-office exam if needed, and laboratory testing. 

• HRT Membership: $249/month (6-month commitment required) 
  Includes ongoing hormone optimization care, follow-up support, and personalized treatment management. 

• Annual Women’s Health Visits: $399 (out-of-network) 
  Includes a comprehensive annual exam and Pap smear if needed.
