Met Dr. Melisa at an event and learned about her amazing technology decided to come for a consultation. After learning everything, I decided to go with the v tone and Morpheus eight.

So far loving the results, I also teach fitness classes and even though my pelvic floor is strong I still had to slow down when it came to jumping jacks, etc., due to the bladder, week after only 3 treatments, I taught a class and did one straight minute of full jumping jacks, and didn’t even have to go to the bathroom! This place is great! They offer multiple non surgical procedures to help you in the most transitional phases of your life! Teen acne, incontinence after birth, perimenopause dryness, and even ED for men. I came here for a hydrafacial and Shannon was amazing! I wish I had someone like Shannon when I had cystic acne but she’s here now to answer all my perimenopausal dryness and acne questions!

I visited Grace and Glow today and had such an incredible experience with Dr. Melissa. For the first time, I felt truly heard regarding the vaginal issues I’ve been experiencing, and we discussed real, long-term solutions.
We did a trial of the V-Tone today, and I am amazed that I can already feel a difference! While medications have been helpful along the way, adding medical devices to my journey to actually correct the underlying issues is so exciting. I had a great facial experience with Shannon today. I am generally really wary of facials due to my sensitive skin. I have reacted to almost every facial I have had in the past even after discussing my sensitivities with the esthetician. But no reactions after today's facial and I could tell Shannon was being very careful and thoughtful throughout the process and educating me on the products she used! Over the past 4 months, I received three IPL treatments by Shannon at Grace and Glow MD for rosacea and a scar. I think the results speak for themselves! The top pictures were taken in September of 2025 before my first treatment. The bottom pictures were taken one month after the third treatment in January of 2026. I am so pleased with the results! Dr Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable and made me super comfortable for my first time doing CO2 and IPL - to get rid of my sunspots on my face. I had zero thought to do this and perhaps even apprehensive. But she walked me through the entire process multiple times until I was 100% comfortable. I must say I was very skeptical this would work. The procedure itself only took 30 min. Never hurt at all - even though it was lasers - because there was topical anastasia applied. Immediately after and the first couple of days, it didn’t even hurt at all! Slightly red like sunburn but honestly didn’t even look that bad. I thought I would come out looking like Freddie Krueger, but not at all - just a little red. And I went out just 2 days later. It didn’t take the entire week to recover. Further, I even got a free facial follow-up with Shannon (who’s also super sweet). Dr Melissa and the team at Grace & Glow are top notch and truly sincere and honest people. Love them.

I recently had Shannon do my express Hydra facial (i also added the Dermaplaning - first timer on that!) and WOW just Wow. She talked me through everything she was doing and explained what each one would be doing. She also checked in on how my overall self was feeling with each step. She was super personable and made my skin feel more hydrated then i think it has ever felt in the past. I cant wait to have another facial. Saw an ad on my instagram regarding urinary incontinence and i said yes immediately because after having my son, everything just went downhill and at every yearly gyno exam , there was no solution except physical therapy and i didnt have any time for that. I am so so thankful i found dr lee agawa because the services that she has basically resolved the issues ive been having for over 10 years!!!! And none of the docs knows about this!!! She answered all of my questions and she is a gyno as well so you know youre in good hands! If you have any issues with bladder leakage, please go see her! I have been going to Dr Lee for forever! I am 46 and have six kids. About 3 years ago I went to my yearly exam and talked to Dr Lee about bladder surgery. She went over the pros and cons. I ended up deciding that surgery was not my best option especially because of the amount of time recovery is. I own my own business and couldn’t take that much time off. I went to my yearly exam in Oct and when I brought up surgery again she informed me that she had a new method that could help me with no down time. I was so excited! I ended up getting 6 Vtone, 2 FormaV, and 2 Morpheus8V treatments. These 3 would be the best to help with my symptoms which were urinary incontinence and vaginal dryness from time to time. I could not run, jump, cough, sneeze etc without peeing. It was awful. These treatments changed my life. I can cough, sneeze, run etc without any leaking. I have no dryness. I feel amazing! Everyone wants to know is it painful and would I do it again. The Vtone and FormaV were pain free. The Vtone feels like kegels on steroids (no pain I read my book during the treatment. Forma V was easy a warm message feeling. Moroheus8V you get numbed for I wouldn’t call it painful it was more annoying in the 1 spot I felt but nothing terrible. All the other spots during the treatment were numb so I didn’t feel anything. I would absolutely do it again and again and again. It was the best money I ever spent on myself.

I am a 52 year old female who suffered from a weak pelvic floor for many years.. I had my daughter at age 28, and my occupation consisted of a prehospital setting that consisted of heavy emergency equipment and patient lifting for the past 22 years. My situation was so severe, I would saturate my poise pads and changed a few times a day. If I sneezed, coughed, slipped on the floor, or was lifted, I would have an accident. Well, let me say that after the first session of treatments, which was all three treatments, I felt some difference. That evening, I sneezed three 3 times in a row with little to NO accident. What a relief to feel and not worry about not having incotinence. As I proceeded with the next 2 sessions of the VTon and Forma V. I can truly say that incotinence is a thing of the past for me. I would also recommend pelvic floor exercises to help maintain a strong pelvic floor post treatment.This has been the best choice,money, and experience I can truly say. I am so happy I made it. Dr. Lee-Agawa, of Grace and Glow MD, began treating me today for bladder incontinence related to the 17 UTI’s I’ve had in the last 11 months. As a senior citizen, rushing to the bathroom is a serious concern as falls could happen. Using a VTone device, she exercised the internal vaginal muscles. Her demeanor, confidence, and concern for her patients is excellent. Dr. Lee-Agawa made this a rewarding and comfortable experience.

This was my first time getting Botox. Dr. Lee explained everystep to me so I knew what to expect! No matter what questions I had she was able to answer them all and make me feel comfortable. I will definitely be coming back! It was so easy to make an appointment and I didn’t feel rushed. She has given me a little more confidence I didn’t know I needed!
